Last year I collaborated with Whiteboard and RVRB on a special project for Steam Logistics. A little background on Steam in their own words: "We deliver multi-modal solutions for more than 5,000 customers globally, from Fortune 500 companies to the SMB market. Our solutions include domestic transportation, international ocean and air freight, customs brokerage, drayage solutions, and intermodal transport." Steam founders Steve Cox and Jason Provonsha, longterm professionals in the logistics industry, brought a bold idea to the table. As part of a recruitment pitch and a clear declaration of their values, Cox and Provonsha wanted to create a campaign against non-competes in the industry. A long-held practice in logistics, they believed non-competes were killing the ascension of young talent within the industry. They challenged us to help and Endnoncompetes.com was born.
